Terms of Service
Last updated 12 June 2026.
The short version. Axom VPN is a paid subscription. You can use it on your own devices for lawful purposes, you can cancel any time, and you can ask for a refund within 30 days of your first paid charge. We never log your traffic. If you do something that puts other users at risk we may close your account.

1. The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Dial Square Pty Ltd, an Australian company that operates Axom VPN ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up for an account, installing the app, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Axom VPN.
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
2. The service
Axom VPN provides a virtual private network. When the app is connected, your internet traffic is routed through an encrypted WireGuard tunnel to one of our servers, and your apparent public IP address becomes that server's. We also provide optional features such as Threat Protection (blocking ads, trackers, malware and scam websites) and Dark Web Monitor (checking your passwords and email addresses against real-world data breaches).
We do our best to keep the service fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uptime, specific speeds, or that any particular site will be reachable. Network conditions, ISP routing, censorship, geo-blocking by third parties, and maintenance can all affect performance.
Where Axom VPN is available
Axom VPN is offered to customers worldwide, with a small number of exceptions: we do not offer the service in countries where consumer VPNs are prohibited or require a local provider licence, or in countries or regions subject to applicable sanctions. If you are located in an excluded country, you may not sign up for or use Axom VPN.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for keeping your email address current and for keeping your password secure.
- One person, one account. You may install the app on multiple devices you personally own; you may not share the account with people outside your household.
- Everything done from your account is your responsibility.
4. Subscriptions, billing & renewals
How we charge
- Subscriptions are purchased on our website, axomvpn.com. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
- There are no in-app purchases in any Axom VPN app. The apps are free to download and unlock with the account you subscribed with on the web.
- Prices on our site are quoted in US dollars (USD) unless stated.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before renewal. We will charge the payment method you have on file. If a payment fails we may retry the charge and we may suspend service until you provide a working payment method.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account billing page, which opens our payment provider's secure portal (or email support@axomvpn.com and we'll do it for you). In the app, the "Manage subscription" link takes you to the same place in your browser.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change affects you, and the new price will only apply from your next renewal. You can cancel at any time before the new price takes effect.
5. Free trial, cancellation & refunds
7-day free trial
Your subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel at any time before the trial ends — from your account page or by emailing support@axomvpn.com — you will not be charged at all.
Cancellation & refunds
After your trial, you can cancel at any time from your account page; your subscription then continues until the end of the current billing period and does not renew. Refunds of a charge already taken are at our discretion — we are happy to discuss a prorated refund where a billing or service issue is our fault.
Your consumer-law rights
Axom VPN is available to customers worldwide, apart from the excluded countries described in "The service" above. Wherever you live, you may have statutory consumer-protection rights that cannot be excluded by contract — for example the Australian Consumer Law (Australia), the UK Consumer Rights Act, or your local equivalent. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy you have under the consumer-protection law that applies to you.
6. Acceptable use
Use Axom VPN for lawful purposes only. You must not use Axom VPN to:
- Send spam, malware, or unsolicited bulk communications.
- Conduct network attacks (port scanning, brute-forcing, DDoS, exploit probing) against other systems.
- Distribute child sexual abuse material, terrorism-related content, or other content that is unlawful where you live or where our servers are located.
- Infringe other people's intellectual property at scale.
- Resell, rebrand, or commercially redistribute the service to third parties without a written agreement with us.
- Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Use the service in a way that could expose other users to risk (for example, by attracting law-enforcement seizure of a server).
"Just to be clear" — using Axom VPN to access geo-restricted streaming, to evade censorship, or to torrent legally is fine. Using it to attack a stranger's website is not.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You materially breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use rules.
- Your payment method fails and you do not update it within 14 days.
- Your account is the subject of a chargeback we believe to be fraudulent.
- We are required to by law.
We will usually warn you first where it is safe and lawful to do so. If we terminate for breach, you are not entitled to a refund of unused time. You can also close your account at any time by emailing support@axomvpn.com.
8. Intellectual property
"Axom VPN" and the shield logo are trademarks of Dial Square Pty Ltd. We own the software, the website, the design, and all related intellectual property. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Axom VPN app for the duration of your subscription. You don't get any other rights.
The Axom VPN app uses several open-source components, including WireGuard®. Their respective licences are bundled with the app under "Acknowledgements".
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Axom VPN is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will:
- Be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% secure.
- Defeat every form of surveillance, fingerprinting, or traffic analysis.
- Make you anonymous. A VPN improves privacy; it is not an anonymity tool.
- Bypass every geo-restriction, ISP block, or content filter.
Nothing in this section excludes any rights you have under non-excludable consumer-protection law that applies to you, wherever you live.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to Axom VPN is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US$100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will email you at the address on file and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Axom VPN after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the new Terms take effect.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any dispute, except that you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence where applicable consumer law requires.
Before starting any formal proceeding, please email support@axomvpn.com so we can try to sort it out directly. Most problems can be fixed faster that way.
